Consultant at ITC Groep

Mathieu has been working for the ITC Group as a consultant since February 2017. He is young, ambitious and result-oriented. He holds a position as a technical plan writer, but also performs a supporting role during the implementation. These tasks are complementary. Knowledge that is obtained in one role, enhances the other role. That is why Mathieu can develop a lot in a short time.

Thanks to his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, he has a good understanding of technical challenges, while his multidisciplinary master’s degree in Transport, Infrastructure & Logistics has trained him to find a solution for these challenges through a systematic approach and from different perspectives.

In his spare time, Mathieu like to engage in DIY activities in and around his home.

What is your favourite project of all the projects you have done so far?
One of the greatest projects I have done until now is the reconstruction of De Kanis. As part of this project a concrete floor on piles was laid underneath the pavement to prevent De Kanis from subsiding. What I liked about this project was the commitment and enthusiasm of the tender team, as well as the combination of technical and environmental aspects.

Why did you decide to start working for the ITC Group?
What attracts me to the ITC Group is that you participate in many different projects within a short period of time. This means that you get to visit many different companies and obtain a lot of knowledge about different fields in a short time
