The ITC Group as partner in non-residential construction tenders
The ITC Group has been active in coaching and supporting tendering processes in the non-residential construction sector since 2013. From 2013 to 2018, we worked on 50 projects in the tendering phase. The smallest project was valued at 3 million Euros and the largest non-residential construction project had a turnover of 175 million Euros.
The customers who ask the ITC Group for support during the tendering or realisation phase are architects, project developers and contractors. We help with tenders in a variety of sectors, such as residential housing (new construction and renovation), office buildings (government and private sector), schools (primary, secondary and higher education), airports, stadiums (football and field hockey) and defence structures. We have worked on such tenders in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
