From the moment the ITC Group was founded in 2013, we have written MEAT plans for more than 400 tenders. Over 60% of these plans turned out to be the winner! We do this with a team of young people. They usually come to work for ITC immediately after they graduate. We do not only use the methods and tools we use to train them internally. They also form the basis for our MEAT plan course.
In the MEAT plan course, we explain the process we go through to create a winning plan. Specific attention is devoted to determining the winning strategy, creating a clear structure for the MEAT plan, using a convincing writing style, and the two most often requested MEAT criteria: environment management and risk management.
