Sonja van Rooijen

Designer at ITC Groep

Sonja works for the ITC Group as a graphic designer. Her work consists of creating the lay-out and design of the plans to be submitted. It is always a challenge to use exactly the right font type, point size and number of pages, as set out in the plan requirements. To clarify the plan, I also make organisation charts, phasing drawings and stakeholder cards, for example.

In addition to preparing the lay-out of the MEAT plans for the customer, Sonja is in charge of creating all related and company designs, such as logos, business cards, presentations and brochures for the ITC Group.

In her spare time, Sonja likes to work in the garden and play sports. She enjoys going on a skiing or summer vacation with her family.

What is your favourite project of all the projects you have done so far?
The best thing about all of the projects is that nothing is ever the same and each project is a challenge! My favourite project until now was the Catharijnesingel in Utrecht. I’m really proud of the drawings I made for that project. They were clear and contained a lot of information.

Why did you decide to start working for the ITC Group?
The ITC Group is a young company that gives you every opportunity to do and learn what you want. Also, the great colleagues and the ITC trips make this a wonderful company to work for!
